My question might be confusing. I'm not really sure, but here goes.
There's a guy. He already has a son.
There's a women. She already has a daughter.
Say this guy and this women had sex. They unwillingly happened to produce another child together. The guy's son and the women's daughter now have a half-sibling. Say the guy and the women choose not to get married. Could the guy's son and the women's daughter get married without it being considered incest?

Yes the son the guy had and the daughter the woman had who aren't related at all (by blood) to one another could have a child together. The 1/2 sibling couldn't have a child with their own half sibling though. That would be dangerous and wrong!!!

it's ok~ they're not blood related - actually they're not even step brothers and sisters cuz the parents are not married~ they just happen to have a half sibling

Yes they could, they are not blood related, even though they have a relative in common. But they are not actually related, not even through marrage, they just have a half sibbling in common, who is related to both of them.

Yes they can get married, they are not linked by blood so it isn't incest.
