what's the meaning of SHOGAL ( www.Shogal.com )

Looking at some of the pictures in the website as a guest ( I am not a member of this site ), it seems to be a site for displaying photos of women, maybe more of women from India. Hence I conclude that shogal means 'show picture of a girl'.
The website claims as under (quoted from the website):
