I am using Plesk for controlling my website.. it is very slow, so, i want to change CP.. how can i do so

Well there are several good CP's out there, I use a couple of them. One I like really well is Dedicated Server Management from Zervex http://zervex.com or if you like "free" use WebCP

The problem with any panel is you have to set it up at the time you install so to change one you basically have to re-install the entire server. You could add Webmin (which will not bother plesk etc) and then use it but you have to set it up to put things in the correct place for Plesk.
If you don't have that much on your server just reload with the Control Panel you want. I have done that several times to find the one I liked. It does take some testing. Just remember that a control panel will be slow at some items, look at what all they are doing!

if you are using xp .
go to control panel and click switchto classic mode
