In a sense yes. Yin & yang, positive & negative. We have an energy & it affects everything around us. So think positively & see how wonderful things will be attracted to you.

no....we are human.......some people choose to have negative (hateful) attitudes towards life and people (--), others are positive and love others (+). The minus sign/negativity is missing the "l", for love

There are some neutral particles too. But you can really say that we are more fundamental than that. I believe quarks have no charge.
