That swimsuit Paris wore is a cut-out swim piece by Shay Todd. Don't know where you can get the exact same piece, but there are similar cut-out swimsuits at Target.

try the store everything but water. its a store with nothing but bathing suits...i have a white suit similar to this one, you'll probably find it there in black. good luck

i dont think you can find it in the stores now- its not the lates picture...try eBay or Victoria Secret site- they have somewhat similar bathing suits
