Okay I have this computer (DELL) and of course a dell mouse and keyboard. When i got those wireless it was pretty cool and the reception was well. It's been working perfectly all these years until now. If you have a wireless mouse, you obviously know there's a reciever with a button to strengthen the signAL on it. There's a similar button on the bottom of the mouse. Well, since yesterday, the mouse is losing the signal if you don't move it for like three seconds. I have to press that button on the bottom like every 5 seconds!!! I've tried pressing both signal buttons and restarting the computer, but nothing's worked! Please help!

I would check the batteries, first. I am not familiar with your mouse, but if the batteries are rechargeable, even they degrade over time and eventually need replaced.

After that, I would say it's probably time to buy a new mouse.

Sounds like you've had it a while. Maybe it's time to recharge the unit, get new batteries, or just simply get a new mouse.

Do try new batteries. If that don't help try dell fcommunity fourm and look up you make model of you mouse. As goofy as if sounds, dell might have a specific for your keyboard/mouse combo!
