a stick built home you can buy the whole package blueprints,floor plans and materials order from most lumber yards or like home depot,menards or lowes.you still have to buy the property and pay for the permits and inspections.if you are handy or have a friend or family mambers that can help and they will pitch in build it yourself.otherwise hire a reputable liscensed builder.good luck.
