how can i get bails bond?

You mean a bail bond, not a bails bond. If someone is in jail, the can contact a bail bondsman. There are plenty listed in the phone book and some even advertise at the jail. When you contact them, they will tell you how much the bond premium is and if they need to get any collateral from you before issuing the bond.

Call up a bail-bondsman out of the phone book. Find out if they have a lot or a little bit of experience with the jail yuo are looking to bail someone out of.
