i beleive when we are over the age of 16 we are ment to be in full control of our our own lifes! but sadly the goverment take SO many rights away! if someone is living in agony pain terror etc every day of their lifes and THEY are choicing to end their lifes they should be able to go peacefully! no one should be able to take this away from them! i dont not think the option should ever be open to the general few of us that may have problems that can be cured cancers etc! only terminally ill people! even if they have children etc! it should be allowed!
THERE IS NO ARGUMENT AGAINST PEOPLES CHOICE... ITS THEIR CHOICE LET THEM DO WHAT THEY WANT!
p.s had to do the last bit in caps lol!

I think euthanasia should be legal for terminally ill people that dont want to suffer. I think it is cruel to make someone live in pain and torment. It would be the decision of the victim of illness and a Dr.
Why force people to suffer, cry, and be denied a peaceful death.
To me, there is no logical reasoning that would make it okay to penalize older people by not allowing a quick easy death if they want it.

I watched my Sister
and my Father die while in a coma.
They had cancer.
I would not want to suffer as they did.
I have seen and cleaned up the mess when
a terminally ill person takes their own life.
I would much rather just go to sleep with
the help from a doctor than either of these options

That is where "Living Wills" come into play. I know I would not want to be laying in a bed while my children or grandchildren watch me whither away. What a terrible fate.
I believe it should be as important as a Last Will and Testament is.

It is allowed in Oregon and I feel it is correct for a person to make the decision to not have to live in pain.
The Drs. are against it because it's easy money to visit and order more drugs to those people. Then charge them $75 - $150 for the visit. They can see 10 people in an hour in the hospital:(

All for it IF it IS euthanasia and nothing else.
Quality not quality counts...
Anyone trying to stop someone ending it when life is no longer worth living and hurts to much gets off on hurting people.
Gods dont exists, suffering and people do.
Suffering should end

It's a personal choice, although the person should be carefully examined to determine if they are not mentally incapable of making the decision.

I respect the wishes of people who are in constant agony. They should decide wether they live or die, suffer or be eased. It has NOTHING to do with other people's morality.

It is a personal choice, and people have the right to die gracefully and respectfully. That is why Seniors have higher rates of suicide. I fully support it.

It should be legal if the person who is dying or suffering with no hope of improvement wants it.
