Try this:
All she has to do is threaten us, to make us go to her party: the kind of threat that will make you say 'YES'.

By adding a colon (:) and making the second sentence (which is rather incomplete) a part of the first sentence which talks of the threat, this combined sentence should be adequate.

No. Try this: All she has to do is threaten us, with the kind of threat that will make anyone say yes, and we will go to her party.

"The kind of threat that will make you say YES" is a sentence fragment, not a complete sentence. If you are implying that she has nothing better to do, the first sentence is OK, but if you mean that she just has to do that, you should use 'and.' I would write:

All she has to do is threaten us and we will go to her party. Her threats are the kind that make you say "Yes!"

All she has to do is threaten to get us to attend her party, its the kind of threat that gives us no choice but to say, yes.
