If there is anything in the water, it could blind them if it got in the eyes, in the mouth may make them sick or scar their mouths and intestines. It could burn their faces. The first thing it would do would be to startle them.

the person could get angry,he or she could push you,escalading into a fight,they could get water on them,the water could contain evil monkeys which could harm or kill someone
