it had this person whos lips were sewn shut, and i think they hung in a chimney. i was advised that it might have been that linda blair movie, but i dont think it was. ive looked everywhere

Nightmare on the 13th Floor (1990) (TV)
A young woman who moves into a new apartment building notices that her neighbors are a little strange. Not only that, but she witnesses the dissapearances of some people by the hands of her neighbors. Slowly she discovers four things: 1) her neighbors are part of a coven; 2) They sacrifice people by taking them to the 13th floor; 3) There is an axe-wielding maniac on the 13th floor; and 4) There is no 13th floor... She enlists the aid of some friends to try to stop whatever is going on in her apartment building, and they all face the terror of the 13th floor.

Yep! I remember that movie, it freaked me out. Hang on, I'll see if I can find it....
In the end the girl winds up pregnant from Mister Freaky Lips, right? I'm still working, I saw so many B-movies in the 80s.
It's called Witchery! I KNEW it had a young David Hasselhoff in it. Yep, I remember watching that movie with some friends. I'm a major horror buff.
EDIT: There was a scene where a woman was hung from a chimney with her lips sewn shut. There was another scene where a young woman was raped by a demon also with his lips sewn shut. In the end she was in a hospital and the nurse was like, "You are fine. You and your baby are fine." *shudder*

I remember a Cover for a Movie that had the Lips Sewn Shut. which was for a Movie Called Mute
There wasa Movie called The 13th floor That I never saw so I cant say one way or another if it was it :-s

Not that movie. Nightmare on the 13th floor was about a hotel staff who killed people (needed a quota) to get Satan's power. There was a phonograph that played eerie ragtime music when they got to the 13th floor. That's probably not the movie you're thinking of.

That was Santa Clause after jaw surgery. They had to wire his mouth shut, so he couldn't eat any cookies that the kids left for him.
