I may be really, really wrong... but is it "Let It Be Said" by Salvador? ...It's not a Casting Crowns song, right?

Ok... go to sound-and-spirit and input Salvador on the search spot - keep looking at albums til you find the "Let it be said" song. You can play a fragment of the song there. (I wish I could make a direct link work right... Ignore the price listings - it's sneaky and promotional to get you to start a membership. They really get you on the shipping. ...Yes, I have one.)
