It's not a matter of how many times a day your partner SAYS he/she loves you. It's whether or not they love you. Do you believe he loves you? Then that's all that matters. Some people feel the emotion but have trouble saying the words. Maybe their parents didn't say it often enough. Just know that he loves you and that should be enough.

My husband tells me probably 25 times a day. No kidding. We work together, so we are together all the time. Seriously all the time. Now me on the other hand, I may say it (unsolicited), 3 or 4 times a day. He is very auditory and kinistetic, while I am visual, so he needs all the touching and talking, while I just need to see he's around. Works great for us!

I have been married for over 25 years....I know that I'm loved. I don't need to be told it. Love is a word that is OVER used. I can look in my spouses eyes and see it.

I think women need to hear it more than men. We need more reassurance. If a man really loves you though it will show in his actions towards you. He will sense when you need extra special attention and if he truly loves you he will make sure you get it.
