does anyone know about at home pampering ideas and stuff. like hair stuff, facials, soaks and whatnot thanks a bunch!

Facial massages are good and very relaxing. You don't need a lot of training just be gentle and use a good moisturizer or delicate skin oil even table oils can be used if something a little more special is not available. A hand manicure is another nice idea and not as personel as the massage but you could do both. Hands can also be massaged with the cream or oil or you may like to try another kind possibly with a different perfume. A nice idea for pampering is to have a range of different products to use so that the person being pampered feels really spoilt. Some special herbal teas would be nice to consume during the process as they are of benefit to the relaxing theme.
