The Communist Government in West Bengal has been enaged into criminal and fascist activities and won elections and will win forever by use of muscle forces.

There are so many atrocities that we can only be compared with bonded India. From Sai Bari, Ananda Margi, Keshpur, Potaspur, Angaria, Nandigram, Singur, there is no end. We cannot tolerte Nilkar type atrocity in Bengal. We need to ban this party.

banning parties is fascist. I understand that they are probably being elected using unsound methods. International pressure must be applied, and people must be made to realise this is wrong, and governments in West Bengal must stop forming coalotions with them. These are legitimate tools without resorting to banning. Bans create underground movements that appeal to all disgruntles protest voters without having to have a real platform. The FPO in Austria was a neonazi party that swept to popular power some years ago, but the international community condemned them and their parliamentary colleagues started turning away from them. Of course this was europe, and where there is nazism there is a strong jewish voice countering it. It sounds like you have another Mugabe brewing over there, itmay take soemthing drastic. Good luck, mobilise, persevere.

In the interest of the common people, for whom and by whom is a Democracy made, IT IS NECESSARY THAT ANY ONE WITH EVEN A SMALL CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST HIM/ HER SHOULD NOT (NOT...NOT...NOT) BE ALLOWED TO STAND FOR ELECTION. Unless such stringent NORMS are followed, people like Lalu Prasad, Shibu Soren would hijack Democracy into their own home backyards, and even Directors of the IIM's would become thier "chamchas"...as is unfortunately happening.
