My husband and I have been married for almost 11 years.. About 7 years ago we were pregnant but UNFORTUNATELY, I had lost it 7 weeks in.. We have been unsuccessful since.. I think I need to go to my doctor again. They said that I am healthy and if we really try then I should have no problem but we have been unsuccessful in the Making.
What do you suggest?

If you have been having unprotected regular sex for 11 years and you have only been pg once you are infertile. You need to see a reproductive endocrinologist for assistance.

Chart your basal body temp. to see if you are ovulating. You can get a chart at tryingtoconceive.com. Or try a ovulation kit. I have recently found out that if you are not producing an egg till after the 16th day, it will most likely be too old to be fertilized. You may need some Chlomid to help with ovulation. Go back to your doctor and if he cannot give you the answers you need, change doctors. Sometimes it is a lot more than just being healthy!

The best method is the rhythm method. Calculate the days in between your period. The three days right between start to start are your most fertile. If you are smoking, stop. Eat healthy and make sure you get at least 1mg of folic acid each day
