Don't doubt yourself. Love yourself. You need to work on your self-esteem. You can trust yourself to make decisions. Especially small decisions like making choices at the supermarket! Don't stress yourself over little things that don't matter (like which brand of toilet paper to buy!) I just tend to buy whatever is on sale!
Some people are perfectionists & stress themselves out worrying about making a mistake. Perfectionism is paralyzing. It stops you from taking risks. You're afraid to do anything in case it's wrong. But life is about learning & growing & making mistakes. You have to take risks. So practice with little risks & work your way up to big ones.
Trust yourself. You are a good person. Don't sweat the small stuff. You are thinking negatively & it is affecting your life. There are many self-help books about thinking positive, building confidence & self-esteem. You can learn to change. I used to be very negative too. I agonized over my decision to buy a house but it was the best thing I ever did. Very rewarding & empowering! When you take a risk & it goes well, it builds your confidence to do more. If you take a risk & it doesn't go well, don't let it get to you, you learn from it & move on.
Go easier on yourself! Don't stress out! Relax! There are no wrong choices. There are only better or worse choices. If you are deciding who to marry that's pretty important (& in that case follow your heart & be very sure before you take the plunge!) but deciding what to buy is very trivial in the grand scheme of things. So lighten up!
Good luck!
:)

The advice that made the most sense to me was the quote that said, "The harder it is to choose between two things of a type, the less the decision actually matters due to their similarity" In other words, pick one thing, grab it, and forget about it. The decision is then made. No uncertainty. Practice this, everytime, without fail and you will gain sureness. Say you're in the pop isle at a supermarket. You don't know whether or not to get 7up or Lipton Brisk! Oh no! You don't know what you want to drink! But wait, apparently you are thirsty or you wouldn't have wanted to get a pop to begin with. Well there you have it, your type is "pop" and all you have to do is choose but you don't know what to choose. Choose Anything! it'll still be pop. Just grab anything and take it to checkout. You won't regret it because a pop is what you wanted to begin with, and now you have it. Nothing to be uncertain about with that, and that is a very reassuring thought.

Make a choice, learn from it, and apply it later. It's really easy, but it takes time and patience. You'll get the hang of it in no time, though.

you are not doubting yourself,it's just that you can't decide,
because you don't know what to choose.ask around,it helps
sometimes.
besides,so what if you make the wrong choice, you learn
by experience.

Just have plans in advance . Have alternative plans too .
Have a solid plan of action . If anything goes wrong , just try the alternate plan without any delay .

It's good to doubt everything, except love perhaps. If you love yourself enough, you will not doubt yourself as much because you will direct your effort toward your betterment.
The way out is to love yourself and practice patience.

It is wise to usually go with your gut instinct. I read a book once that said that people that just went with their gut found that they made less wrong choices. And I firmly believe that!
