The Rock has more strength and more charisma while Sting has more in ring skills. I think it would be close and it would ultimately depend on which ring we they wrestling in. In a WWE the Rock would not loose to Sting but anywhere else it would be interesting to see. It would be a great feud even in the WWE if they had a series of matches it would be 50/50 with the Rock winning the big one.

Since the Rock hasn't wrestled a match in like 5 years, Sting would take him to the woodshed and make him tap out to the scorpion deathlock.

Right now taking age into consideration, it would have to be the Rock. But if we took each at their prime, then it would be Sting; he's technically sound and could still brawl with the best of them.
