he may act like a bit cocky sometimes but yeah. w/o him there will be no wwe, and if there's no wwe, there will be no wrestle mania or raw, if there is no raw there wont be raw rosters, and if there isnt, there'll be no great guys like shawn michaels or triple h!!

you judge him thru his character on raw "Mr Mcmahon"
and if Vince ever shuts wwe
you guys would go upset

That's Mr. McMahon to you, son. Of course we like him. We may not like some of the tactics he uses to make his point (having Umaga injure an already injured Rey or shaving Eugene's head), but we are entertained nonetheless.
And you have to admit it will be fun if he loses and Stone Cold Steve Austin shaves his head BALD.

Not really. He seems much like the mad dictator-type character he plays on-screen by forcing fans to like guys like Batista, Cena, and Lashley.
