My Chemical Romance is the only band to sing that song. It's off the album 'The Black Parade'.

It was a My Chemical Romance original. If it sounds unusually broad in scope, however, you're not the only one hearing it. It was quite the undertaking to record--requiring over 160 separate tracks in the recording and taking years to complete writing. It almost made it into previous albums, but they had not finished it yet.
