Lon Horiuchi should be in jail for the rest of his life. In 1992 when he was an FBI sniper, he was called to Ruby Ridge for that whole fiasco. When he was there, he perched himself up into a tree so he could get a clear shot of the cabin that Randy Weaver owned. When Weaver's unarmed wife (who was holding her baby at the time) opened up the front door of the cabin to get some fresh air for her and the baby, Lon Horiuchi intentionally sniped her in the head. She droped dead to the ground instantally while her baby dropped out of her hands. Horiuchi was never convicted of anything. Not only that, he got to keep his job and was a sniper at Waco! Im sorry, but I believe that if you shoot an unarmed women who is holding her baby in the head with a bullet, you should go to prison for the rest of your life. Instead he kept his freedom and his job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like some more clarification, and would like for you to cite your source.
Not that I doubt what you're saying, I just would like independent corroboration. It is difficult to believe that someone who did this got away with it, AND that the press didn't cover the story.
