it is when you feel scared in small or closed places.. it feels like you are trapped and suffocating.

It is generally refered to as a fear of small, enclosed places. There are degrees of severity, what bothers some, may not bother others. If I am standing, I have no problems with say, an elevator, or even a closet. Now, a crawl space makes me break out in a cold sweat.

It is claustrophobia, it means fear (phobia) of small closed places. I wanted to see Queen Elizabeth sarcophagus in Westminster Abbey but it was too tight a squeeze for me, That is a crowded place. I had to wait outside
