Why do all you women force these men into marriage? I hear it all the time, you women tell these fellas no sex unless they agree to marriage.

Oh my goodness I had to laugh at that! If a guy wants a girl so bad that he marries them only for sex then they are idiots. But they aren't being forced!

Some women feel better with that commitment, but from what I've seen of divorce, I'd say that if you feel that you need to put ANY pressure on for marriage, you may suffer hugely down the road. Marriage should be a consentual plan by two adults who have educated themselves with everything they can about it - beforehand!
We have to get rid of this happily ever after fairy tale idea about marriage! Marriage is hard work and people should know this, going into it. When the honeymoon's over the marriage begins.

no one should ever be forced and played like that but some girls are raised like that. i personally believe that its important to date for atleast 5 years before considering it because the divorce rate is so high. never get married because you want to get into someones pants. do it because the 2 of you would and could go through all the hell it takes to be with someone. there are alot of good things. marriage is good if you want kids. if you dont want to go down that road and she does maybe its time she moved on. you should never get married unless you are man enough to handle the weight that commitment carries. just remember that its not all bad though. youll have a woman stick by your side no matter how much of an a- hole you can be but you will be expected to do the same for her as well.

I know very few women who "force" men into marriage. If you mean there are women who give their boyfriend an ultimatum of marriage prior to physical involvement, then I would say those are women who respect themselves and what they want first and foremost. As a man wants to know that the money he invests will have a long term payoff, many women are cautious to invest physical involvement with a man only if the long term payoff will be full and monogamous committment to her. This is wisdom on both accounts.
I would ask you...what is it about marriage that you fear? Do you struggle with committments not only in relationships in your life, but in other areas as well? If so, then rather than seeking to find error in women's ultimatums, try and discover what in your own character and life needs changing to offer that very special woman down the road that you will commit to a treasure worth giving her whole being to.

Um, I'm 30 have sex and am not married. I believe in marriage, but not right now.....in fact, I want to travel and have fun for the moment, and settle down later in life. So, at least THIS woman is not forcing any man to marry her.

Why would anyone want to be so emotionally and spiritually vulnerable and exposed to so many diseases and the chance of getting pregnant by some guy who can't commit to her? That's why. Half the time, the boy who can't step up and commit to an adult relationship isn't worth the time and its a great way to seperate the boys from the actual men. A man can commit. Otherwise, take your dollars and go buy a whore because that's all your looking for anyway.

Don't force anything, my bf proposed, I told him no way, been there don't plan on doing it again. I am perfectly happy living in what all the hypocrites call sin. The only thing is we have a better marriage than most of the married self righteous hypocrites. Each to his own, but people really shouldnt judge anyone for doing things they personally dont approve of

What generation are you from?
I thought no sex before marriage died with The Pill, that would be around 1970.
If it is sex you want, there are plenty of horny girls out there that have NO designs for marriage.
Just use protection honey, because there are still girls that use PREGNANCY as a trap for marriage.
That will NEVER change.

Well I don't know about alla that, since I certainly didn't wait around for my boyfriend to marry me before I had sex with him...but I would imagine it would have something to do with how most men can have sex with any random ho while marriage is a contract of love and committment. Which is a laugh, because we all know how capable men are of complete monogamy.

i slept with my husband before we got married and i told him that if he didnt want to be with me at any point let me know cause i dont want to keep a man who doesnt want to be kept i would rather he break my heart quick rather than drag it out. so please dont generalize ppl have their own minds they are only forced into marriage if they dont have the will to stand up and get out of a relationship if she says no sex till marriage DONT SLEEP WITH HER its easy go find someone else. or marry her if you want to.
