What comes out is the ejaculate fluid. Some sperm come out, but the majority of them are long gone, headed for your uterus.

It can live inside you (in the ideal conditions of wet, fertile mucus, which is almost indistinguishable from semen) for 5 days. So yes, that stuff's up there for a LONG time. And even if it's not fertile mucus, there's still a strong chance it will live for a long time. That's what it's meant to do, after all!!

yes sperm can still be inside you. lots stays at the cervic's even 4 a couple days.

sperm has no where to go but egg or out. so, yeah when you use the bathroom after sex some comes out

I believe that it is still inside you.. be careful you are not trying to get pregnant, use protection or get on some contraceptive.. and Tully 3 kids in 2 yrs, Wow!
