Chula Vista seems to be the leading candidate right now, but I believe the Chargers have also spoken with National City and Oceanside. Even if they had an agreement today, it could take years to get the project approved and overcome all of the environmental hurdles.

I am from San diego...and I've heard there are places like Chula Vista...around Eastlake (like 10 min away from the border) and like in National City...I think Chula Vista would be a lot more crowded though

As a citizen of SD, and fan of Chargers. They should move to Chula Vista, or get a deal like, destroy Qualcomm, and make a brand-new multi-purpose stadium.
