It's not like the writing was not on the wall 6 years ago, but to wait until now to mention impeachment is just as bad as not mentioning it six years ago when it became more and more obvious that he was incompetant. I mean wake up people, this is all a scam, but now the Republicans want to save their chances for reelection and as far as I'm concerned, it's too little, too late.

But hey, this will turn out just the way the Dems and Reps want it, always does.

Some liberals have been yelling for impeachment ever since they claimed that Bush "stole" the election from Gore almost 8 years ago! I don't know how you think the call has just started. There is no evidence for impeachment and that's why it won't happen. Why they can't wait less than a year for the election and a new President is beyond me.

I do not agree with the statement, because there does not appear to be enough evidence to show that Bush intentionally abused his powers as Commander in Chief to place America into a war for his own private agenda.

There was not enough evidence six years ago; there is not enough evidence now.

At this point, it appears that there was a lack of focus, and Bush relied upon unreliable intelligence in invading Iraq.

However, if it can be shown that Bush entered the war to profit Haliburton, or any company he might receive a kick-back from for invading Iraq, then Congress should initiate the proceedings.

Lets wait till all these controversies pan out.
hopefully there will be a link to him, and at very least get him voted incompetent.

But if things comes up where hes found guilty, then YES, they should impeach him to prevent him from messing up even more in these last 2 years of office.
Watch, he'll wait until his last month and get Libby off.

Prior to now, the Congress was controlled by Bush and thus there was no chance of any movement on the issue.
