3 weeks ago i used resolve to clean a spill on the carpet and put the rag on the shelf and forgot about it...tonight i threw it in with my whites with bleach and completely forgot about using it with resolve until halfway through the cycle and i remembered the bottle saying do not mix with bleach..does that mean don't pour the 2 liquids together or what? am i just being paranoid or should i do something about it?

This can only happen when the liquids are freshly mixed with one another not from residues on rags, so you will be okay, I believe once resolve is dried, it could be rendered harmless. Good Luck !

Your still alive so no meltdown occured! And the laundering took out the detergent and the bleach so relax your rag is good for the next spill. Just wash it separately next time, the chemical mix makes toxic fumes.
