wanting to know were the id number on the frames is and the the number on the engine ?

The frame number is on the neck of the frame where the forks attach the engine number should be on the right side engine/transmission case below the cylinder

If it's a 4 wheeler, the vin (vehicle identification number) is located on the front frame cross member (bumper) on the top.

The VIN number will be on the frame tube that the front forks mount to. The engine number should be somewhere around where cylinder mounts to the transmission or lower case.

You say the ID number, I assume you mean the VIN (Vehicle ID), all cars have that number viewable from the outside of the car through the windshield on the drivers side.
