Maybe not the Miami Seaquarium.

You can go to Discovery Cove in Orlando... http://www.discoverycove.com/default2.aspx

Swim with dolphins! or you can go just outside of Miami in Ft. Lauderdale here. http://www.dolphinworld.org/dolphinswim/

In Miami the only place I've heard of is the Miami Seaquarium.
