Be patient, a few months in her hormones kick in for some great action. By the way, expect a drought for a few months after the little one is born (but you'll both be exhausted so it won't be so big a deal).

Better get used to it. Life as you know it is over. You're on the hook now. No need for her to put out any more. She might throw you a bone once in a while to stop your whining, but the bones will be less and less frequent. Your sex life will consist mostly of you trying to jerk off quietly in the bathroom after she's fallen asleep.
