What do you mean by "picking on you?"

If it violates your companies sexual harrassment policy, put him on notice and then go to HR if it doesn't stop.

If he's just nitpicking your work...either you're doing a poor job or he or she is a micromanager. If this is the case, tell them to knock it off, that it's not necessary to constantly stand over your shoulder. If it's because you're doing a poor job, find out what you need to do in order to do a good job.

It really depends what kind of "picking" he/she is doing. I have a staff of 8 and if someone is not doing a good job, I am going to get on them. They might think I am picking on them, but in reality I am trying to get them to improve. Now if your boss is picking on you on personal nature, making fun of you, etc., then you need to go to your HR dept and report it. That should not be allowed.

If you have a good relationship with your boss, you might go to him/her and let them know how they are making you feel. Maybe that would make it stop.
