Yes. One of my little brothers(7 years younger) childhood friends came up and started talking to me one day when I was back in town for a weekend like I was her best friend. I didn't have a clue. I told my mom about it when I got to her house and she finally told me who she was. She didn't look anything like what I remember her looking like. She was like 12 the last time I had seen her.

Maybe not, if the person is playing around a bit but it gets annoying if the person keeps it up for a long time- Usually by then i wouldn't bother knowing who the person is anymore.

This happens when you are a very outgoing and helpful person- because there are tons of people you meet and help- and many more leeches than helpers in the world.
