I do not agree with the statement, because there does not appear to be enough evidence to show that Bush intentionally abused his powers as Commander in Chief to place America into a war for his own private agenda.
At this point, it appears that there was a lack of focus, and Bush relied upon unreliable intelligence in invading Iraq.
However, if it can be shown that Bush entered the war to profit Haliburton, or any company he might receive a kick-back from for invading Iraq, then Congress should initiate the proceedings.

You cannot impeach a president because you don't like his policies.

Last time I checked, disagreeing with a president's policy is not grounds for impeachment. If it were, we probably would have impeached every president from George Washington on.

No. His was policies are not crimes, even if they may constitute poor judgment.
He has committed other crimes in office, by his own admisison and as determined by the Supreme Court.
But his policies in conducting the war in Iraq is not one of them.

Do you guys EVER tire of asking the same lame drivel night after night?
The President has committed neither high crime nor misdemeanor. As much as it pains the left, "We dont like him" is not an impeachable offense.

Bush has broken no law. Trust me, I can't stand him and think he's the worst President this country has ever had. But he hasn't broken any laws.

Impeachment can only be done when something illegal or unethical has taken place. Since this is not the case, impeachment is not justifiable.

Yes. There should also be an international war tribunal implemented to investigate the entire Bush admin.
