You should be able to sync an unlimited number of iPods to the same computer, but keep in mind that you'll only be able to sync songs that you purchased from iTunes to a maximum of four iPods at any given time (you're limited to five devices total, which includes the computer that you use for your music library).

Now, iPods can only sync to one computer at any given time. If you synced the second iPod to a different computer, you'll need to Restore to Factory Settings to get it to release the old sync and accept a new one.
