how do these people get discriminated via genes?

BUt I also wish to know...... how do the people discriminate others via genes? if it's qualifications, racial, sexual discrimination, obesity discrimination. It's very obvious right? But how do these people get discriminated via genes? They have genetic detectors or something?

I don't know how they can be discriminated by genes, it's not possible, unless the Doctor told someone about their medical issue, and thats against the law without the persons consent. Nobody can tell what kind of genes a person has without medical records.
