my waist is 23''
bust is 32''
hips are 32.5''
thighs are 21''!!?!?!??!
ive always had big thighs because i used to iceskate and played alot of tennis
my upper body is really really small
how can i lose inches from my thighs!!

Now really, so many people would envy your figure!! You thighs sound like they are in perfect proportion to the rest of your body. Do some exercise to build up your confidence about your body.

ummm, women are supposed to have thick thighs, I think it's hot. All your numbers sound good, I believe there's a letter missing that goes with your bust size though lol

Your thighs sound pretty slim to me. But if you are really that bothered, you could always try yoga or pilates to streamline your legs. You definitely can't spot reduce and squats and lunges will make them bigger, not smaller.

menn like BIG thighs and prolly its just muscle wich is extremely hard to lose so be happy with your body

Do whatever you like...but I think you should appreciate your strength! Let those legs be as strong as they can be for as long as they can be.
