I wanna design my pics for my myspace and i cant find any software that is similar or is as good as Photoshop CS2 or just Photoshop in general!! Plz Help!!!

You won't find any free software that's as good as Photoshop CS2, because Photoshop is the pinnacle of all that is awesome. :P
There is however, a 30-day free trial of Photoshop that you can download from Adobe, at labs.adobe.com. You have to register with the site first, though.

You might want to try "www.cnet.com" or "www.zdnet.com". Some downloads are free and some are trials. Unknown if you will find Photoshop CS2 for free.
