I am SO ecstatic that Max and Laura won! I think that they are just perfect as Danny and Sandy and they've worked sooo hard to get there. I love Austin too...but I'm just so thrilled for Max and Laura...I think for once America got it right...anyone else feel the same?

Wow! I was soooo happy for Max when he won! I was rooting for him since day #1 !! (no, I don't know the guy) But, he's "raw" He's the one they can train to do it "their" way, without having been trained another way prior to this. He has just worked soooo sooo hard & did everything he was told to do. Austin was good, too, but he already has a career, he was in Hairspray, he's been on soap operas, he won't get lost in the crowd by any means. Then again, he's been trained a certain way. He did all his songs the same way.
As for Laura, she's the innocent look that can turn & I think that's what attracted everyone. Yaaaa! to both of them for winning !!!!!

i, too, was extremely happy that max and laura got the parts of danny and sandy.
i thought that they are so perfect together. and both HAVE worked so hard to get there. especially max. he has been the underdog for so many weeks, and he really deserves this.
