The fact that fetuses feel pain is now being proved in the medical science community...but yet we can't put people to death for murder or violent sex crimes, because capital punishment is unconstitutional? Where is the logic? Have we become so open-minded our brains have just fallen out??

I know,it's ridiculous how many of the people who oppose the death penalty are the very ones who are championing the 'right' of a woman to have her unborn child slaughtered in the womb.They are hypocrites.

I like you. You raise a very good question. First of all capital punishment is not illegal, it depends on the state you live in. Some of them have it, some of them don't. The other part of your question is what intrigues me the most.
According to our Declaration of Independence, The second paragraph reads as such: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness--" It occurs to me that the simple right to life is inherent to the very basic foundations of our country. It is astounding to me that the rights of an unborn child rests solely in the hands of the female, as a representation of women's rights. If that is the case, then why do men have to pay child support? But more importantly, If this is exclusively about a woman's right, can anybody tell either you or I how many daughters have been aborted for the sake of this exclusive "women's" right?

The unborn are Innocent to the evils of the word and deserve to the pursuit of happiness just like you and I.

The Holocaust wont stop until we demand proper medical education of women before they make a decision based on sales pitch from a liberal doctor or nurse worried about next years funding at their slaughter house.

If you actually took the time to read the Constitution, you might not look half as foolish as you do. Then again, I doubt that's a big concern of people who ask questions like this.

The way I see it, it's the woman's body. She should decide what she wants to do with it. The fetus isn't a person yet, the mass of tissue doesn't have rights.

No. It's not unconstitutional. There is no constitutional guarantee that nobody will ever feel pain.

But there is a guarantee that nobody will ever be forced to serve as a slave to another against their will.

And your analogy doesn't work, because capital punishment is legal and constitutional.

a fetus isnt a child.

you cant kill a child legally you can kill a fetus legally.

I wish all the pro-lifers online would spend less time harping about unborn collections of cells and more time helping the TONS of unwanted children currently in america.
