I want to Transfer from a University that's about equal in ranking of say McGeorge School of Law (University of the Pacific) to one of these:

University of California, Berkeley.
University of Virginia.
University of Texas, Austin.
University of Southern California.
George Washington University.
University of Washington.
University of San Francisco.

Does anyone know what I would need to get in terms of grades and how hard it would be to transfer? Thanks!

Generally, you'd need to be in the top 5% of your class. Each school is different of course.

However, I'm a little surprised as to why USF is on that list. That'd be more of a lateral transfer.

You should contact the admissions departments at the schools you are interested in and get information from them. Each school is going to be unique in exactly what they look for in their transfers, and the only way to know exactly what a particular school wants is to contact them directly.
