Does it totally kill your arms or what? Does your body just get use to it over time?

I have been a Massage therapist for going on 3 years now. If you learn the proper body mechanics and take good care of yourself it is really not that hard on your body.
My hands and arms hurt off and on the first few months of school but now I rarely have any problems.
The most important thing is know your limits. How many massages can you do a day. Find this out and stick to it. You will learn that in school.
Feel free to e-mail me if you have anymore questions on the matter. teresacmt@yahoo.com
