Last I heard he lost 150LBS and is producing records and acting.
He was featured in a Men's Health Mag article.
He looked great.

I last saw him on tv talking about his weight loss. He is no longer Heavy D. He is trying to get into acting, and is producing records as well. Good luck to him, he looks sooo different!

He's still around though he's not that popular like before. He comes out with one new CD a year.
