I'm 43 yrs old, and my periods are getting kinda wacky, I know it's normal, but do you suffer all month long w/symptoms like before your period starts? I've been suffering for about 3 weeks, back cramps, etc. Is this normal?

Perimenopause can be a signal that you have a hormone imbalance. Correct it and you don't need to suffer at all.
"You need to regain the natural hormone balance of your body. With proper support, your body is perfectly capable of achieving a proper hormonal balance. That means you can be free of the unpleasant signs and symptoms of menopause, PMS or perimenopause."
