how do you obtain the uncatchable pokemon on ruby and sapphire?

on my ruby, i have a charizard and i do not know how i obtained it. it is on the lis of pokemon that are uncatchable. how do i catch the uncatchable pokemon. i know that it is possible to have every pokemon on the game, i would like to know how.

You could trade with a Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen, via another GBA/SP and link cable.

if your playing on an emulator...

you can search cheats on supercheats.com

but if your playing on a real gameboy like mine...
