i use a grinder, they are pretty cheap and they work very very well and it saves a lot of time

They make a pair of sheers just for vinal siding. If thats not an option for you, a pair of tin snips will do the trick. It cuts best when it's warm, too. let it lay out in the sun for a little while before hand.

Tin snips work well for small jobs. For larger jobs, build a jig with 2x4's and reverse the blade in your circular saw.

tin snips, skill saw with a plywood blade installed backwards (the letters on the blade facing in), utility knife. it depends on what you are trying to do. if you give that information, i'll tell how to do what you are trying to do. hope this helps.

vinal cuts easily but it can also bend so use wire cutters for this job sizzer like sutters work best
