Like a hot mess. I see crackheads all the time not to far from where I live. The look spaced out. Usually if you talk to one notice how the jaw moves. They usually experience some type of movement problem when speaking. Also they have nasty hands with browning from the pipe. Is your love one moving suspicious at night?

They look alot like a crack head that has been out all night.. they look wore out strung out, they will bruise easy and sleep for along time when they do go to sleep...

There eyes are huge and they are VERY paranoid also known as geeked out

they are jumpy, paranoid and when they finally do go to sleep they sleep for a very long time. big huge wide eyes are another sign... they are also very secretive.
