What does "I'm actor. 10x?" mean?
For an actor to get his foot in the door of show biz, my recommendation would be try to find an agent that's just starting out as well. They will be the ones that are more open to taking a look at fresh faces and they'll also be the ones with the time to devote to you if/when they do agree to work with you.

If you're in Hollwood, its going to be a lot easier for you. From my experience working with scripts and my own screenwriting pursuits there is no easy way. In fact, there appear to be about three ways.
1. Get lucky
2. Pound the pavement - find an agent who will take you without much of a resume.
3. Get acting work that doesn't require you to have representation, cating calls, work as extras and hook up with a good coach in the meantime.
Most agents don't take calls, walk-ins, or review unsolicited materials; that said, they are hungry for bankable talent. However, until someone else either employs or takes note of that talent, they usually won't work with you.
