my computer had a virus and i gave it to some one to fix it, now it became slower than before..i don't know what to do...also how can i know how many memory chips i have now in it,
one more thing, i need i downloading program, it has a green arrow on its icon.. i don't know its name
please help.............thank you

No disrespect intended, but it sounds as though your knowledge of computers is very limited. In your case I'd recommend bringing the computer to a local computer repair shop that has a good reputation locally. In the meantime, either buy, or look at the library for a book in the "Windows For Dummies" series to get yourself better prepared if you choose to adjust your pc.
