We will know today (March 26th) what killed Anna. As far as the baby goes it is still up in the air.

The cause of death will be released tomorrow. The kid will go to whoever is declared the father after the DNA test come back. Currently the child is with Howard Stern because this is who Anna said the father was on the birth certificate

She died from a sort of toxic reaction from combining a few prescription drugs and maybe alcohol...probably accidentally. Once the dna of the baby and the dna of one of the men who claimed to be the father is matched, the ball would be in his court. If it turns out to be either the old guy, or the blonde, I'm sure the attorney Stern would keep the battle alive in the courts. If the baby's dna matches that of Stern, the others may as well concede.

On February 8, 2007, Smith was found unresponsive in room 607 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. According to Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger, at 1:38 p.m. Smith's bodyguard Big Moe, who was a trained paramedic,[71] called the hotel front desk from her sixth floor room. The front desk in turn called security, who then called 911. At 1:45 p.m. the bodyguard administered CPR before she was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital at 2:10 p.m and pronounced DOA at 2:49 p.m.
A phone call was released to the public on February 13, 2007 involving Seminole police and the local 911 operators, saying
“ We need assistance to Room 607 at the Hard Rock. It's in reference to a white female. She's not breathing and not responsive...actually, it's Anna Nicole Smith. ”
Since her death, various legal battles have ensued, regarding the will, the paternity of her daughter, and her final resting place, resulting in a delay in her burial. Smith was finally buried March 2 at Nassau's Lakeview Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in a plot adjacent to her son, Daniel. Daniel's father reportedly wants his son exhumed and reburied in his home state of Texas. As of March 21, 2007, the court hearings in the Bahamas have revealed that a paternity test has been ordered and Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern, and Dannielynn have been tested already. The next hearing would be April 3. The test will be conducted in Ohio.
Medical results from the autopsy are due to be released on Monday, March 26, 2007

Tomorrow they will tell how she died supposedly. The real dad will get the kid, hopefully it is Larry Birkhead. DNA test is pending.

I think she was drugged by Stern aswell as her son. As 4 the baby I think it's Birkhearts will he get the baby who knows, very sad storey

she died from starvation and diet pills and overdose. i think that larry guy gets the baby.
